What is excluded from the service:

• Product sample fee, certificate fee

• Negotiating the price

• Will not use our name in the contract

What customers will provide:

•   The customer should provide details of:

  1. Specification

  2. Quantity

  3. Packing

  4. Delivery

  5. Payment terms

  6. Product photos

• Samples if available

• Factory data (CR, address, contact person, name of signee)

• Customer data (CR, address, contact person, name of signee)

• Any production sample/product standard/certificate, must mark it properly and mentioned in the contract

• Must raise how to solve the disputes in the contract
